  1. Develop and implement strategies for the efficient and effective management of the supply chain operations.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify supply chain needs and develop solutions.
  3. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate changes.
  4. Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to supply chain management.
  6. Train and supervise supply chain staff to ensure a high level of performance and professionalism.
  7. Manage inventory levels and monitor stock levels to ensure timely and adequate supply to support patient care.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best quality and cost-effective products and services.
  9. Work closely with finance and budgeting teams to develop and manage supply chain budgets.
  10. Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to improve supply chain efficiency.
  11. Investigate and resolve any supply chain-related issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
  13. Collaborate with other hospital departments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
  14. Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management.
  15. Act as a liaison between the supply chain department and other hospital departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Supply Chain Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Operations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management, Purchasing, And Vendor Relations.

  • Excellent Organizational Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
