  1. Greet and welcome patients and their families to Johns Hopkins Medicine.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients during the admissions process.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
  4. Coordinate with various departments to facilitate the admissions process smoothly.
  5. Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding admissions procedures and requirements.
  6. Schedule and confirm appointments for patients.
  7. Verify patient insurance and obtain necessary authorizations.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Communication, Or Psychology.
