  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors to Johns Hopkins Medicine, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression.
  2. Manage and maintain patient appointment schedules, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Coordinate with various departments and staff to ensure smooth flow of administrative operations.
  5. Maintain and update patient records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  6. Assist in billing and insurance processes, including verifying insurance information and collecting co-payments.
  7. Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings, events, and trainings for staff.
  8. Act as a liaison between patients, staff, and other healthcare facilities.
  9. Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise, using excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  10. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve administrative processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Administrative Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Patients, Staff, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Including Microsoft Office And Electronic Medical Record Systems.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
