Job Description

Provides high level administrative support such as data management (i.e. Internal Service Requests) , composing correspondence, timekeeping, ordering supplies, payroll, processing invoices, reporting, travel arrangements, typing, filing, calendar management, coordination of information flow to other companies and departments, and committee meetings.

Job Qualifications
  • A minimum of three (3) years of administrative assistant experience.

  • Requires previous administrative assistant experience working with a senior level manager or group of managers.

  • Prefer health care experience
