- Provide high-quality care to acutely ill patients: The Acute Care Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for utilizing their advanced clinical skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care to patients with acute medical conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team: The NP will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients, ensuring a coordinated and comprehensive approach to care.
- Conduct patient assessments: The Acute Care NP will be responsible for conducting thorough physical and psychological assessments of patients to identify any acute health issues and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests: The NP will be responsible for ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Administer treatments and medications: The NP will administer treatments and medications as prescribed by the physician, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care to patients.

Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.
Active And Unrestricted License As A Nurse Practitioner In The State Of Maryland.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Acute Care Setting.
Certification As An Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (Acnp) From A Nationally Recognized Certifying Agency.
Strong Clinical Knowledge And Expertise In Managing Acute And Complex Medical Conditions, Including Advanced Diagnostic And Treatment Skills.
