
Security Communications Specialist
The Security Communication Specialist (CSC) answers all incoming calls and radio transmissions, monitors and responds to the intelligent CCTV alarm recognition system, monitors and responds to alarms generated from the card access, fire, HVAC, emergency phone and other facility-related systems in order to foster communication and aid in problem-solving. The SCS serves as the first point of contact for situations involving on and off-site facilities while allocating and directing assets, people and resources to help resolve incidents/events.
1 year experience at a dispatch, call center, or security operations center
Ability to receive, assess, prioritize, respond to, and document requests for security assistance
Valid State of Florida Driver’s License
