Manager, Regional Asset Protection

The Manager, Regional Asset Protection is responsible for managing and executing all asset protection functions within an assigned region with a focus on minimizing merchandise inventory shrinkage and the loss of cash and other assets. Develop and implement effective shrink action plans for all high risk stores; Maintain responsibility for the execution of all Asset Protection initiatives including retail store assessments. Maintain a leadership role within their assigned region in developing information on suspected fraud, theft of assets or burglaries. Manage and oversee physical security and other Asset Protection tools: Serve as subject matter expert for all physical security programs and related processes within the retail stores, including lockup and anti-sweep fixtures, alarm systems, closed circuit television and supporting programs.
