Business Analyst, Merchandising

Primary responsibility is to formulate and define project focused business scope and objectives based on user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and typical industry requirements. This role will be assigned more complex work over critical business system than their counterpart Business Analysts. This role will also be expected to lead small IT projects and may act as a product owner for teams leveraging Agile delivery. Documents functional and non-functional requirements and other deliverables to translate business needs for IT solution teams. Facilitates the understanding, clarification, and implementation of business requirements and works with key partners in IT to turn those into functional system designs. Leads small projects in support of business objectives. Manages resources according to project schedule and deadlines.
