Job Description

Contribute to and execute annual plans around increasing diverse spend in line with our regional and global targets, in partnership with ESG Sourcing teammates and client account delivery teams. Identifying diverse suppliers and increasing their capabilities to meet JLL and client needs. Developing supplier development and mentorship program for diverse suppliers. Building and maintaining a strong partnership with external diversity organizations (e.g., National Veteran Business Development Council and WEConnect International). Attending and speaking at Supplier Diversity events where relevant either internally or externally. Providing Supplier Diversity training internally and to suppliers. Building an industry-leading and commercially recognized Supplier Diversity program.

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of related experience

  • Ability to represent Sourcing and Procurement as a consultant to account and business line leaders

  • Experience in strategic sourcing / procurement or other relevant business experience

  • Experience of working with suppliers across the Americas region

  • English is required, with Spanish (and/or French and/or Portuguese, to a lesser degree) fluency a plus
