Scheduling and planning end-to-end deployment of IOT hardware and software to deliver the Dynamic Cleaning product, including resourcing and management of on-site installers. Ensuring successful installation of all site-based equipment as well as its interface with the smart building technology applications and solutions. Maintain documentation for deployment processes and procedures. Conduct post-mortems to identify best practices and areas for improvement/opportunity. Continually update processes with new best practices and innovations. Coordinating all activities and communications across the smart building ecosystem, tech partners and account team stakeholders. Deploy user training and product best practices as a key part of the hand-over to BAU. Articulating the smart building ecosystem’s propositions to customers, partners and internal staff.
