Job Description

This is a hands-on, leadership, senior DevOps role on the JLL Service Management team focusing on development activities in the service management, ITSM space. You will perform a senior developer role and lead offshore dev/operations activities. Troubleshooting complex issues including those with integrations. Perform upgrades, upgrade planning and coordination. Own the technical relationship with ServiceNow. Install, configure and problem solve plug-ins. Integrate with other systems, e.g. Workday, Peoplesoft, Okta, AD, Octopus. Be the subject matter expert and go-to person. Lead platform data governance and policies. Be able to manage overall platform technical ownership and 3-5 simultaneous small to large scale projects.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, Integration Hub, CMDB, Data modeling

  • Applications and API development experience within and outside the Now platform

  • Experience with HR

  • ServiceNow skills preferred, but will also consider experience with similar Service Management platforms
