Quality Assurance Analyst
Determine the root cause of errors by reviewing incident reports, travel data, and other communication records. Conduct audits on processes, products, and services. Collaborate with operations staff to generate ideas and collect feedback. Communicate results diplomatically and professionally. Maintain accurate records. Maintain a full understanding of all tools, software, products, and services used or produced by the team. Support the optimization efforts and process improvements.
4+ years’ experience conducting research, measuring performance, or improving processes
Working knowledge of basic statistics, such as measures of central tendency and sampling
Familiarity with pricing and contracts with travel suppliers
Experience managing agency relationships and other support vendors
