Proposal Manager

Manage and develop large, highly technical and complex proposals for public clients including higher education, federal, state and local governments, potentially involving joint ventures and material prime/subcontractor relationships. Partner with internal business line leaders, subject matter experts, sales staff, and technical support staff to develop and document unique solutions for each opportunity. Expected to not only structure proposal and gather relevant information from others, but to write original content and develop supporting graphics, owning completion of proposals that accurately and persuasively reflect the firm’s positioning customized to each particular opportunity. Manage multiple proposals simultaneously. Perform copy editing, proofreading, and formatting of all proposal content to produce timely, clear, accurate, creative, and professional documents and submittals.
