Project Controls Manager
Participate in the monthly reporting of Project Cash Flow, Work-In-Place, Cost Summary and other reports to distribute to project managers, project controls staff, and the client; Forecasting total project costs at completion. Assist project managers to review and maintain anticipated cost reports and forecasts regularly. Regularly analyze all project over/under spends at a program level to ensure actual/forecasted spends are on track to be meet annual targets set by the client. Develop, track, and analyze project charters, schedules, and manage change order process. Review GC’s and vendor’s quotes, proposals, and SOV. Maintain project cost codes (WBS) in adherence with established standard cost code structures to facilitate proper tracking of project expenses. Manage related project financial close-out activities.
A minimum of 5 years direct project controls, construction project management and/or construction project accounting experience.
Experience in JD Edwards E-1, Clarizen, eBuilder and scheduling software preferred but not required.
Experience with project scope and budgets required. Including creating/reviewing/modifying project budgets and cashflows.
Experience with contracting types (GMP, LSP, Design Build, etc.) is preferred.
