Job Description

Track and document key metrics, customer success measures and goals for improvement related to programming, maintenance and events. Manage curatorial elements of program, i.e. Artist in Residence collection, global asset tracking platform, rotating exhibits, Lab and Studio equipment needs. Create and manage opportunistic programming as it relates to spatial planning, rotating exhibits or any independent special projects asks. Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders foremost including GREF, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Facilities, Campus Programs and Community Partners. Collaborate with Program Manager in cohesive execution of Lab and Studio programming, joint support of budgeting financial needs and inclusive communication with the Program team. Supports vendor relationships and initiates necessary documentation needed per client guidelines, i.e. MSA’s, WO’s, Contracts.

Job Qualifications

  • Five (5) or more years of physical lab, studio or facility experience

  • Five (5) or more years of program experience (preferably in community engagement, art education and/or hospitality)

  • Previous experience of working within a high-profile corporate environment

  • Graphic design experience utilizing Adobe Suite and/or Mac equipment

  • Knowledge of Facilities Management processes preferable
