Job Description

Plan, design and direct new impactful products and features. Work closely with customers (large asset managers) to deeply understand, document, analyze, and synthesize user needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications. Participate in senior leadership meetings to set the strategic direction of the product. Prepare technical specifications and coordinate development activity for teams of software engineers, data scientists and analysts. Work with UI and UX experts to create a stunning user experience. Measure and monitor product success and rapidly iterate to reach improved performance. Collaborate with global teams of Product, Sales, R&D, and Real Estate professionals at JLL Technologies.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working at a Real Estate asset management company or a PropTech company

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, launching multiple successful products

  • Familiarity with agile development practices

  • Experience working in global SaaS companies with proven ability to work effectively with remote teams - Advantage
