Lead UX Researcher, BI and Analytics

We are currently seeking a Lead User Experience Researcher (Open to Remote Hire) specializing in both quantitative and qualitative research to join our JLL Technologies Revenue Design team. We are a rapidly growing creative team tasked with providing the best experience for our customers. Articulating and rolling out those research plans in collaboration with UX designers, product managers and other stakeholders. Presenting findings and recommendations for next steps -- whether they’re product/design decisions or further research.
Conducting qualitative user interviews and tests. Conducting quantitative research to explain and validate findings. Conducting competitive research and analysis, identify industry standards and trends. Developing user profiles, personas, core user scenarios, and journey maps.
