Employee Relations Lead

Leads by example as player/coach and works on most complex cases while serving as escalation point for ER Senior Specialists and ER Specialists, demonstrating best practice. Analyzes and optimizes use of resources to enhance productivity and effectiveness, directing the activities of ER Specialists and ER Senior Specialists. Oversees and conducts investigations of potential violations of employment laws, including but not limited to Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and NLRA. Routinely advises on highly complex ER cases/problems by evaluating pertinent information, analyzing findings, and applying relevant Company policies and practices to reach a conclusion. Provides expert guidance and recommendations to decision makers in partnership with legal on the highest risk and most complex issues. Provides expert consultation, guidance and coaching to leaders and HR Business Partners on high risk/complex issues to address employee behavior and performance concerns.
