Job Description

Evaluates complex requirements among multiple stakeholders and interprets requirements needed to complete deliverable. Drives and connects all teams required to complete project(s). Reviews and manages initial project proposals, project charters, and statements of work. Create and manage program control documentation, including requirements documentation, work plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and knowledge transfer plans. Coordinate across all teams involved in execution of client solution including, product, business analysts, development, and testers. Manage program budgets. Manage program risks and issues. Manage change control process and escalations. Manage user acceptance testing and release plans. Manage communications with stakeholders, project team, and business and IT management.

Job Qualifications
  • IT Project management w/concentration on software delivery management experience

  • Demonstrated experience with financial system conversions

  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in leading large complex IT programs

  • Six Sigma certification or exposure preferred

  • Experience in real estate Industry a plus, property asset management

Compensation
