Job Description

Identify and support process improvement opportunities related to maintenance data or activities. Support maintenance programs for periodic master data audit, work order audit, spare part audits, spare part obsolescence, and spare part criticalities. Ensure that the CMMS database is accurate and up to date. Participate in projects such as commissioning, decommissioning, and system upgrade projects. Act as department Maintenance Systems Specialists and Technical Subject Matter Experts. Develop and update Facilities procedure to implement maintenance related process and guidelines. Ensure on-time performance of maintenance with minimal downtime by analyzing data and documentation. Capable of generating reports to assess efficiency and effectiveness of work order completion. Help develop CMMS asset records, maintenance schedules, and maintenance parts data.

Job Qualifications

  • APICS CPIM certification desired.

  • Good understanding of facilities maintenance, work order planning and asset management Best Practices in a GMP environment.

  • Knowledge of CMMS SAP R3 is a plus, Microsoft Office Suite required.

  • 2-4 years manufacturing systems experience

  • A thorough knowledge of engineering principles and applications is required.
