Job Description

Understanding and ownership of accounting duties related to warehouse lending lines and interest calculations. Responsibility for preparation and communication of loan closings and deliveries. Record month-end journal entries and provide support, as needed, for monthly and quarterly financial statement analyses. Review commission calculations, ensuring accuracy of calculations and accruals. Perform monthly balance sheet and income statement reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner, escalating issues as necessary. Recognizing revenue and posting transactions in subledger Assist with SOX compliance and financial statement audits, walking through key controls, providing audit schedules and answering auditor questions. Coordinate and collaborate with Capital Markets, regional and global JLL teams.

Job Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of accounting experience

  • Commercial real estate or banking experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners

  • Understanding of and commitment to internal and external client service

  • CPA a plus

Compensation
