Analyst, Business Analytics
The role joins a wider team of BI professionals supporting a large strategic client with a key focus on producing a growing array of BI solutions (dashboards, reports, apps, AI, ML, etc.). Partner with Project Development Services experts to transform reporting to more advanced analytics. Optimize portfolio of reporting for Retail line of business to minimize break-fixes and improve performance. Ensure that best practices are leveraged and implemented proactively across client reporting, including process documentation. Complete the technical development of BI initiatives, ensuring constant communication and partnership with the Initiative Owner. Translate complex requirements into effective business solutions. Ensuring iterative design processes are followed, provide regular feedback and engagement to the business.
A BI expert with 2-3 years of data analytics experience
Alteryx Core Certification required
Domain experience in operations, real estate, project management, or finance a plus
Working knowledge of the Corporate Real Estate industry or any multi-services industry is a bonus.
Highly proficient technical skillset in Alteryx with demonstrated ability to manage, manipulate, and analyze raw data
