Accounting Systems Analyst, Global Applications

Build strong relationships within the business to gain a thorough understanding of the business goals, operations, and challenges. Function as a business process engineer by documenting current system processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and/or standardization and find ways to further leverage existing technologies. Assist in supporting integrations with ancillary systems (Yardi Investor Plus, Spreadsheet Server, other BI tools). Partner with system vendors to support business applications and escalate end-user issues. Create SQL queries to aid in data discovery, requirements validation, report writing, and issue resolution. Assist in developing systems processes to support regional and/or global governance initiatives. Lead training initiatives to foster end-user growth and development in technology solutions.
