
Human Resources Coordinator
Processes, verifies, and maintains documentation relating to personnel activities. Records data for each employee and/or applicant such as: address, pay, performance, location, benefits, etc. Gathers, organizes, and files personnel records. Creates, maintains and updates various databases for tracking and reporting purposes. Responds to routine questions on human resources policies and procedures. Processes employment applications and helps generate appropriate correspondence to applicants. Registers for campus career fairs and overall support of program. Facilitates onboarding process for new employees to include all pre-employment steps, hiring-related paperwork and notifications to relevant departments.
0 -2 years Human Resources experience (Preferred)
Knowledge of HR processes for their assigned areas
Ability to learn and use a variety of software, tools and systems necessary to meet business needs
