Cost Coordinator
Processes contract cost information within specific timeframes in order to maintain efficiency and timeliness of documentation. Assists in tracking new project wins nationally and notifies applicable team members. Manages local, regional and project-specific trade partner bid books. Creates cost data sheets based on CMIC or Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) information for all applicable projects. Develops custom cost matrices upon request from Marketing, Operations, or Preconstruction. Assists in tracking Lens Aim unit prices. Maintains cost coordination between Self Perform and Engineering services cost databases. Assists in managing data entry in subcontractor management system.
2+ years experience in Construction Industry (Preferred)
2+ years experience in Estimating (Preferred)
2+ years experience working with financial data (Preferred)
