At Jamba, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Director of Nontrade Franchise Sales to join our team. You will be the primary sales representative for Jamba’s nontrade franchise sales, with a primary focus on identifying, researching, and pursuing new franchise opportunities for the brand. You will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the franchise sales process, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.To thrive in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of sales experience in the franchise or hospitality industry. You must also have a track record of building relationships with franchisees and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
