Payroll Customer Service Representative

• Assist clients with all day-to-day payroll, human resource, benefits, and workers compensation questions via phone, email and web meetings
• Responsible for accurate and timely preparation and submission of payrolls
• Provide clients with web-based training on software applications
• Complete special projects to include but not limited to: data exports, 401(k) uploads, workers compensation reporting, custom report building, and conducting payroll data research
• Compose memos, reports, e-mails, agendas
• Analyze payroll tax discrepancies and conduct detailed data searches that include payroll-earning types, payroll hours worked, employee deductions, payroll taxes and employer benefits
• Compile necessary information to complete data exports
