Prepare and process all payroll packages going to client. Accurately sort and package client payrolls according to written procedures. Process packages for shipping with multiple couriers including mail. Maintain shipping logs for payroll packages. Coordinate, package and track payroll inserts such as quarterlies and correspondence to clients. Perform weekly inventory of office supplies. Perform weekly filing of payroll timesheets.
