  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth for the company.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions and proposals that meet the needs of potential clients.
  5. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners and clients.
  6. Monitor and track market developments and provide regular updates to senior management.
  7. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities and prioritize them based on strategic fit and potential revenue impact.
  8. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
  9. Mentor and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals and objectives.
  10. Continuously assess and improve the company's business development processes and strategies to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
