  8. Empower patients to take an active role in their own healthcare by providing resources and tools for self-management.
  9. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, healthcare teams, and other stakeholders.
  10. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all privacy and ethical standards.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in diabetes management.
  12. Represent IQVIA in a positive and professional manner, serving as an ambassador for the company's mission to improve patient care.
  13. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the Virtual Patient Navigator team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Diabetes Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of The Principles And Best Practices For Managing Diabetes. This Includes Knowledge Of Medications, Lifestyle Modifications, And Self-Management Techniques.

The Candidate Should Be Comfortable Navigating These Tools And Troubleshooting Any Technical Issues.
