  1. Provide compassionate and empathetic support to patients with diabetes.
  2. Serve as a virtual guide for patients, helping them navigate their healthcare journey.
  3. Utilize strong understanding of diabetes management to provide accurate and helpful information.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with patients, understanding their individual needs and providing personalized support.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Diabetes Treatment And Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Diabetes, Its Treatment Options, And Management Techniques. This Will Allow Them To Effectively Guide And Support Patients In Their Journey Towards Better Health.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Virtual Patient Navigator, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Other Stakeholders. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For This Role.

  • Experience In Patient Navigation: Previous Experience In Patient Navigation, Preferably In The Field Of Diabetes, Is Highly Desirable. This Will Demonstrate The Candidate's Ability To Effectively Support And Guide Patients Through The Healthcare System.

  • Proficiency In Virtual Platforms: As This Is A Virtual Role, The Candidate Must Be Comfortable And Proficient In Using Various Virtual Platforms Such As Video Conferencing, Electronic Health Records, And Patient Management Systems.

  • Empathy And Compassion: Dealing With Patients Who Have A Chronic Condition Like Diabetes Requires A High Level Of Empathy And Compassion. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess These Qualities To Build Trust And Rapport With Patients And Provide Them With The Necessary Support And Guidance.
