  8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  9. Represent the company at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote educational initiatives.
  10. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of educational activities and outcomes.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines while conducting educational activities.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve educational programs and materials.
  13. Act as a resource for colleagues, providing support and guidance as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse License: A Valid And Current Rn License Is A Must-Have Qualification For A Virtual Multi-Therapeutic Nurse Educator At Iqvia. This Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Clinical Knowledge And Expertise To Educate Healthcare Professionals On Various Therapeutic Areas.

  • Education And Experience: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing, Along With A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Is Typically Required For This Role. Candidates With Additional Certifications, Such As Certified Nurse Educator (Cne) Or Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist (Ccns), May Have An Advantage.

  • Knowledge Of Therapeutic Areas: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding And Knowledge Of Various Therapeutic Areas, Such As Oncology, Cardiology, And Neurology, Among Others. This Includes Familiarity With Disease States, Treatment Options, And Recent Advancements In The Field.

  • Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Virtual Multi-Therapeutic Nurse Educator, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Delivering Educational Presentations And Training Sessions To Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential Qualifications For This Role.

  • Technological Proficiency: Since This Is A Virtual Position, The Candidate Should Be Comfortable Using Various Technological Tools And Platforms, Such As Video Conferencing, Virtual Learning Platforms, And Electronic Medical Records. Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Is Also Required.
