- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as the main point of contact for all vendor-related matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and select vendors that align with project needs and company standards.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Monitor and track vendor performance, providing regular feedback and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve vendor management processes, including vendor selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in vendor management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor information, contracts, and performance metrics.
- Communicate regularly with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on vendor-related initiatives.
- Act as a brand ambassador for IQVIA, representing the company and its values to external vendors and partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Vendor Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Vendors And Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Vendors And Internal Stakeholders.
