  1. Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and products.
  2. Develop and maintain a vendor management strategy to optimize costs and improve quality.
  3. Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure compliance with contract terms and service level agreements.
  4. Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to achieve cost savings and maintain competitive rates.
  5. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and anticipate vendor requirements.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline vendor management and improve efficiency.
  7. Identify potential risks and issues related to vendor performance and proactively address them in a timely manner.
  8. Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
  9. Monitor industry trends and best practices in vendor management and make recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Continuously assess vendor performance and make recommendations for changes or improvements as needed.
  11. Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  12. Participate in vendor selection processes and provide input on vendor capabilities and qualifications.
  13. Conduct regular vendor audits to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and company standards.
  14. Train and mentor junior staff members in vendor management best practices.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on vendor management processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Vendor Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Fda Guidelines And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp).
