Job Description

IQVIA is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Vascular Clinical Assistant who is passionate about helping our clients reach their desired objectives. The ideal candidate must have a strong commitment to excellence and an eagerness to learn about new industry trends and technologies. This position requires a minimum of two to three years of clinical experience, as well as excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment. Our ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has a desire to learn. Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain clinical trial software, including updating and troubleshooting as needed.
  2. Analyze data and generate reports to assess the progress of clinical trials.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
  4. Participate in team meetings and provide input and ideas.
  5. Assist with the recruitment and training of clinical trial participants.
  6. Monitor and follow up with participants throughout the duration of the trial.
  7. Provide administrative support to the clinical trial team, including scheduling and tracking appointments and meetings.
  8. Ensure compliance with established protocols and regulations.
  9. Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure the safety and efficacy of clinical trial protocols.
  10. Participate in clinical research activities, such as data collection and analysis.
