Vascular Clinical Assistant

The successful candidate should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task. As a Vascular Clinical Assistant, you will be working closely with the clinical team and responsible for providing administrative support to ensure that the studies are conducted in accordance with all applicable ethical, legal and regulatory standards.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical research environment, a Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare or related field, or equivalent experience. Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the coordination and execution of clinical studies and trials
2. Provide administrative support to ensure studies are conducted according to ethical, legal and regulatory standards
3. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to clinical studies and protocols
4. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality and accuracy of study data
5. Monitor patient safety and compliance with clinical protocols
6. Communicate with study teams to provide updates and answer questions
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines
8. Assist in the preparation of study documents, reports, and presentations
9. Assist in the review and evaluation of clinical data
10. Prepare study budgets and monitor spending
