- Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders on various software and hardware systems.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Fluent In Both Spanish And English, With Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills In Both Languages.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Systems Analysis.
Proficiency In Troubleshooting Technical Issues And Providing Efficient Solutions.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Systems And Experience In Supporting Clinical Trials Or Pharmaceutical Industry Is Preferred.
