- Provide effective and timely technical support to clients using IQVIA's technology systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues reported by clients, ensuring minimal disruption to their business operations.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify root causes of technical issues and develop solutions.
- Communicate technical solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve technical support processes.
- Document technical support processes and procedures for future reference.
- Train clients on how to effectively use IQVIA's technology systems to improve their overall experience.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support to clients when needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Team Members.
Previous Experience In Technical Support Or System Administration Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Computer Systems And Networks, Including Troubleshooting And Maintenance.
Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
