- Develop and optimize assays for clients' drug discovery and development programs.
- Lead and execute projects related to assay development, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide expert input on assay development strategies.
- Utilize your strong background in assay development to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in assay development and incorporate new techniques and technologies into project workflows.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols in all assay development processes.
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and enhance their contribution to the team.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Analyze and interpret data from assays, and present results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve assay development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology)
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Assay Development, Particularly In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry
Strong Understanding Of Drug Discovery And Development Process
Experience With A Variety Of Assay Technologies (E.g. Elisa, Flow Cytometry, Pcr)
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
