IQVIA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Consultant for its Compliance Consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance protocols, as well as strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The Sr Consultant will be a key member of the team, providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of compliance projects and initiatives.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive compliance plans and strategies for clients.
  2. Lead and participate in client engagements to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  3. Monitor and analyze changes in applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Provide guidance and expertise to clients on the application of relevant regulations.
  5. Train and mentor team members on compliance related topics.
  6. Identify compliance risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
  7. Research and analyze best practices in the compliance field.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  9. Prepare compliance reports and presentations for internal and external purposes.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential compliance issues.
