Job Description

IQVIA is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Clinical Trial Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with our clients.We are looking for an individual who is able to provide leadership in the planning, coordination, and implementation of clinical trials in order to ensure that trials are conducted in accordance with established protocols, Good Clinical Practices, and applicable regulatory requirements. The Senior Clinical Trial Manager must have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, and to work autonomously and collaboratively to deliver high-quality results.Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field, a minimum of 5 years of clinical trial experience, and proven project management skills. In addition, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
  2. Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of clinical trials in order to ensure compliance with established protocols, Good Clinical Practices, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  3. Manage multiple tasks and projects autonomously and collaboratively to ensure high-quality results and successful completion of projects.
  4. Utilize excellent communication and project management skills to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  5. Provide guidance and training to team members on relevant topics, such as Good Clinical Practices.
  6. Monitor and document clinical trial performance, progress, and outcomes.
  7. Maintain accurate and current records on all assigned projects.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations as needed for clients and internal stakeholders.
