Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our team at IQVIA. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in clinical research and a passion for making a difference. The successful candidate will be a critical member of our team, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of clinical projects.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and must be knowledgeable of Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and applicable regulatory requirements. Responsibilities of the Sr. Clinical Research Associate:

  1. Responsible for the successful execution of clinical projects.
  2. Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and applicable regulatory requirements.
  3. Monitor clinical trial activities at investigative sites.
  4. Ensure collection and timely reporting of clinical data.
  5. Develop and maintain study documentation.
  6. Manage queries and follow-up on discrepancies.
  7. Assist with protocol and/or CRF development.
  8. Provide training and support to site personnel.
  9. Participate in team meetings and provide status updates.
  10. Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Utilize electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
  12. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with investigative sites.
