Job Description

IQVIA is seeking a highly experienced and well-qualified Sr. Clinical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of knowledge in clinical trial management and have the expertise to lead a team in delivering successful clinical projects. We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience in pharmaceutical or CRO settings. We are also searching for someone who is familiar with current regulatory and ICH-GCP guidelines, has experience with clinical project management tools, and is proficient in Microsoft Office and other project management software. Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute clinical project timelines and budgets.
  2. Monitor clinical project progress and report regularly to the team.
  3. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and ICH-GCP guidelines.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of clinical projects.
  5. Manage clinical project resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with clinical research partners.
  7. Utilize project management software and other tools to effectively manage clinical projects.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to optimize clinical project performance.
  9. Identify and resolve project risks and issues in a timely manner.
  10. Provide guidance and support to team members.
