- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to promote and sell diabetes treatment options.
- Utilize knowledge of diabetes and the pharmaceutical industry to educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of our products.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the value and effectiveness of our products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product information and benefits to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase product awareness and sales.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback and insights to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records and sales reports.
- Attend and participate in conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote our products.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, treatments, and regulations related to diabetes therapeutics.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure successful product launch and sales.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Serve as a resource and advocate for patients living with diabetes, providing support and information to healthcare professionals on managing the condition.
- Actively contribute to team meetings and discussions, sharing best practices and insights to drive sales growth.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Business, Or Marketing.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Sales, Preferably With A Focus On Diabetes Products.
Strong Understanding Of The Diabetes Market And Competitive Landscape.
Proven Track Record Of Consistently Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.
