In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our state-of-the-art transplant diagnostic products and services to healthcare providers.   1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans and goals to achieve and exceed sales targets for transplant diagnostic products and services.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the transplant industry, including transplant surgeons, immunologists, and laboratory directors.
  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare providers on the benefits and features of our transplant diagnostic solutions.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them through cold calling, networking, and attending industry conferences and events.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales strategies and identify potential challenges and opportunities.
  7. Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
  9. Train and educate customers on proper use and maintenance of our transplant diagnostic products and services.
  10. Represent IQVIA at industry conferences and events, and participate in workshops and training sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Diagnostic Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Solid Organ Transplant Market And Understanding Of The Diagnostic Testing Process.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Transplant Surgeons, Laboratory Directors, And Hospital Administrators.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Developing Strategic Territory Plans To Drive Business Growth.
