Site Activation Manager

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Site Activation Manager to join the IQVIA team! As the Site Activation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the execution of projects and initiatives related to the activation of new clinical research sites. You’ll have the opportunity to work with diverse teams, both internally and externally, to ensure that all project timelines and milestones are met.To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail. You should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical trial site activation and/or clinical research site management, as well as working knowledge of applicable regulations and guidelines. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the execution of projects and initiatives related to the activation of new clinical research sites.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure that they are met.
4. Manage and coordinate the activities of research site personnel to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
5. Provide regular updates on project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Monitor site performance and progress and provide recommendations for improvement.
7. Utilize appropriate project management tools and techniques to ensure the successful completion of projects.
8. Ensure that all research sites adhere to IQVIA’s standard operating procedures.
9. Assist in the development of training and educational materials for research site personnel.
10. Identify and analyze potential challenges and risks related to the activation process.
