In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of statistical programmers in the development, validation, and production of statistical analysis datasets, programs, and reporting results. You will be an integral part of the statistical programming team in the development of clinical and non-clinical statistical analysis datasets for the delivery of high-quality and timely results.The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, or related field and at least 5 years of statistical programming experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Candidates should also have experience in the development of statistical programs for the analysis and reporting of clinical trial data. Additionally, strong knowledge of SAS programming and statistical analysis methods is essential for this role.We are looking for a collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving skills and great attention to detail. Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to statistical programming.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.
