IQVIA is seeking a highly motivated Senior Statistical Programmer to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about data science and programming and has the technical skills and experience to be a leader in the field. To be successful in this role, the Senior Statistical Programmer must have a detailed understanding of SAS programming and a working knowledge of other programming languages. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAS programming and be able to translate clinical and statistical concepts into code. In addition, the Senior Statistical Programmer should have strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SAS programs for data analysis and reporting
- Create and maintain statistical tables, listings and figures
- Provide technical guidance and support for other programming staff
- Develop and implement coding standards and best practices
- Perform quality control checks on statistical programming deliverables
- Collaborate with clinical and statistical colleagues to ensure accuracy of output
- Develop and maintain databases and related documentation
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables
- Provide statistical programming support for clinical trials, including generating data tables, listings, and figures
- Research and troubleshoot programming related issues
