- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Lead a team of quality assurance professionals and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success.
- Conduct thorough audits and inspections of processes, systems, and documentation to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues and ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our quality processes are in line with current best practices.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related inquiries and issues from clients and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure all employees are trained on quality processes and procedures, and conduct regular training and refresher sessions as needed.
- Lead risk assessments and support the development of risk management plans to mitigate potential quality risks.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Foster a culture of quality and compliance throughout the organization by promoting awareness, providing guidance, and leading by example.
Extensive Experience In Quality Assurance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing Qa Processes And Teams In A Similar Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Pharmaceutical Regulations And Guidelines, Such As Fda, Ema, And Ich, Is Essential For Ensuring Compliance In All Quality Assurance Activities.
Leadership And Management Skills: The Senior Quality Assurance Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Qa Professionals, Making It Crucial That They Possess Excellent Leadership And Management Skills To Motivate And Guide Team Members To Achieve Goals.
