  1. Conduct thorough audits of all processes and procedures within the healthcare industry to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance quality assurance processes.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and monitor progress.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to prevent quality issues.
  5. Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings and recommendations.
  6. Train and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
  8. Communicate with external regulatory bodies to address any concerns or inquiries.
  9. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to ensure quality is maintained throughout all processes.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  11. Monitor and track quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  12. Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives.
  13. Conduct internal audits to ensure all departments are following established quality assurance procedures.
  14. Represent the company during external audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  15. Continuously review and update quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure they align with current regulations and industry standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Quality Assurance Auditing Within The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines, Such As Fda Regulations, Ich Guidelines, And Gcp Standards.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes And Procedures, Including Study Design, Data Management, And Monitoring.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Nursing. Advanced Degree Or Certification In Quality Assurance Or Auditing Preferred.
